At Rally, we stand behind our product with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your order date and we will refund your full purchase price. No complicated forms. No hoops to jump through. No questions designed to make you give up.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


Email us at rallypets.co@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like a refund. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS


You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by emailing us at rallypets.co@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it falls under our standard 90-day satisfaction guarantee.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS


If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at rallypets.co@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.


We are committed to making this right. Your dog's health and your peace of mind matter more to us than any single transaction.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
