Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard shipping takes 3-5 days after your order has been processed. Total delivery time from order placement is typically  6 days.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at rallypets.co@gmail.com and we will look into it.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For inquiries about international shipping, contact us at rallypets.co@gmail.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, contact us at rallypets.co@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or send a replacement.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rally Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
